Processing Time

Because each item is custom-printed specifically for your order, please allow:

  • 3-7 business days for production and processing
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within this timeframe, though during peak seasons it may take slightly longer

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer global shipping with the following estimated delivery times (after production):

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

International (Europe, Australia, Asia, etc.)

  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. NullNiche is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—watch for announcements on our homepage and social media.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

International Orders

We ship worldwide! Please note:

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. We cannot control or predict these delays.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any required postal codes or regional information.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at nullnichedesigns@gmail.com. Once production has started or your order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  4. Contact us at nullnichedesigns@gmail.com within 30 days

While we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If the package was returned due to an invalid or incomplete address provided at checkout, refunds may be limited to the product price only (shipping costs non-refundable).
