At NullNiche, we create premium mystical streetwear made-to-order just for you. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Our Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Color or style preferences
- Standard made-to-order items in acceptable condition
Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for these reasons. Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
When We Accept Returns
We will gladly accept returns and provide refunds or replacements for:
- Damaged items received
- Defective products or manufacturing errors
- Misprinted designs or incorrect colors
- Wrong item shipped
How to Report an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:
- Email us at nullnichedesigns@gmail.com
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Attach photos showing the problem (front, back, close-up of defect, and packaging if damaged)
Resolution Options
Once we review your claim, we'll offer one of the following solutions:
- Free replacement – We'll produce and ship a new item at no cost
- Full refund – Refund to your original payment method
- Store credit – Credit toward a future purchase
In most cases, photo proof is sufficient and you will not need to return the defective item to us.
Processing Time
After we approve your return or replacement request:
- Replacements: Production begins immediately, typically ships within 3-7 business days
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days and will appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
Lost or Returned Packages
If your package is lost or returned to sender, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Important: If the package was returned due to an invalid or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, refunds may be limited to the product price only (shipping costs non-refundable).
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin production quickly, order changes or cancellations are only possible before production starts. Contact us immediately at nullnichedesigns@gmail.com if you need to modify or cancel your order.
Once production has begun, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.
International Orders & EU Customers
Please note that made-to-order goods may not qualify for standard cooling-off period rights in some jurisdictions, including the EU, as they are custom-manufactured to your specifications.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards or digital products
- Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
